For over a decade, Justine has been driven by a passion.. for the human connection in helping others.
With nearly a decade of Emergency Room nursing experience, and 6 years in the hospitality industry prior, she developed a natural instinct for putting people at ease while delivering exceptional, detail-oriented care. Her path led her to aesthetic nursing, a field where her ability to emotionally connect with patients, her anatomical knowledge, and a passion for patient satisfaction truly shine. She believes that a great aesthetic treatment isn't just about injectables; it's about the comfort of being understood, the joy in feeling like you're talking with your best girlfriend, and the immediate confidence boost that comes after treatments complete.
With her dual bachelor's degrees in Business Management and Science of Nursing, and years of training, she decided to start her own business in 2024 to ensure her patients are always treated with honesty, integrity and in an inviting environment. With her deep understanding of facial anatomy, dedication to continuing her education, and a commitment to creating a customized plan that aligns with each patient’s unique goals, Justine’'s approach is rooted in her belief that aesthetics should enhance an individuals natural beauty, not transform. She prioritizes education, transparency, and integrity, ensuring every patient feels confident and comfortable. Their annual destinations include Payson, Flagstaff, Mexico, California, Illinois & Wisconsin, with the goal of adding a new destination annually.

My name is Ashley Lax, and I am a master-level board-certified registered nurse injector. Facial artistry is a true passion of mine. I have worked in cosmetic surgery, dermatology, and facial/body treatments throughout the years, and I am dedicated to my career. Life has blessed me with the opportunity to do what I love. When I am not treating clients, I am passionate about training and equipping aspiring injectors. As a national educator for Suneva Medical & Tiger Aesthetics, I offer hands-on training and one-on-one guidance for physicians, PAs, NPs, and RNs.
